Chef Mike Randolph will be hosting his next Diversion Dinner with special guests, Michael and Tara Gallina! This exploratory dinner series allows Chef Randolph to showcase his culinary passion through a variety of cuisines. This month's theme will bring the tastes of Peru to the Midwest. The South American country offers a melting pot of cultures with culinary influences from Italy, China and Japan. The chefs will be using the best of Missouri's summer produce and Público's wood-burning hearth.
Chef Randolph explains, "Since moving back to St. Louis, Michael and I have become friends - meeting over coffee to discuss things from the kitchen and beyond. We're excited to have him and his wife Tara back in St. Louis to open Vicia this fall. This will be an opportunity for us to collaborate in the kitchen and give him a go at the fire!"
The chefs have been meeting for several weeks to create the menu. There will be limited seating for the 8-10 course meal. A limited wine and beer list as well as Peruvian-inspired cocktails will be available for additional purchase.
Tickets VERY limited and are $120 per person ($125.19 w/service fee) and can be purchased here: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2572925
