We are thrilled to parter with Niche Executive Chef Nate Hereford for our first collaboration dinner here in St. Louis.
Since we decided to move back to St. Louis, Gerard Craft, Nate, and their team have been so supportive and encouraging of our plans. They have played a major role in introducing us to the STL food and farming community and it is really full circle to join them for this special dinner.
The evening will kick off with a reception with some bubbles and snacks, and Nate and Michael will each feature two courses throughout the night. Sweets from the uber-talented Sarah Osborn will cap things off. Tara and Niche General Manager Chris Kelling will be working the dining room and pouring wine from either the optional wine pairing or Niche's excellently curated list.
