Tucked above the whiskey haven that is Brennan's in the Central West End lies the BHIVE, a co-working space by day, and home to This Is Not A Restaurant by night. Rooster and the Hen has joined the roster of talented local chefs and will take residence the weekend of March 18-20.

Soil + Fire: an evening with Rooster and the Hen will bring a moveable feast to the BHive celebrating the end of winter, the first signs of spring, and cooking with fire. A multi-course tasting menu will be paired with fine wines from the Brennan's collection, records will be spinning, and you can definitely expect some whiskey to wind down the evening.
An intimate dining room will allow us to accommodate two seatings on Friday and Saturday night, with a maximum of 14 guests per seating. Our first experience will begin at 5:30 pm, and the second will start at 8:30 pm. Tickets will be available for sale through the BHIVE at a price of $150 per person, and includes all food, beverage, tax, and gratuity.
