EAT + DRINK + STL
Join us for a beer hall-style feast celebrating some of our favorite local artisans and producers inside the Crown Room at Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood.
The food and beer scene in St. Louis is exciting and filled with so many great chefs, artisans, and brewers who have put the city on the map. Since we've started our adventure here we have been blown away by the collaborative spirit and want to celebrate that at this pop-up dinner.
We've partnered with Schlafly to brew a custom Caraway Rye IPA. The spent grain from our beer will be made into a delicious loaf by Union Loafers. And we recruited local butcher Chris Bolyard of Bolyard's Meat & Provisions to make sausage, as well as master of cured meats Mark Sanfilippo of Salume Beddu to showcase charcuterie made from local pigs.
The evening will kick off at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome reception featuring beer, cider, and charcuterie, and continue with a four course tasting menu paired with Schlafly beers.
The total cost for the evening is $85 and is inclusive of all food, beverage, tax, and gratuity.
Seating will be open and communal so be sure to invite your friends to buy tickets too!
Due to the nature of the event we are not able to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
Tickets go on sale Thursday 2/11 at 10 a.m. and be purchased in quantities up to 4 through Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/rooster-the-hen-pop-up-dinner-3-tickets-21434812100
